Unless otherwise stated, the content available through this website is owned by Dr. Mims and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes original written content, instructional materials, intervention sequences, prerequisite skill pathways, decision rules, graphics, downloads, organizational structures, assessments, recommendations, and other original materials.

The Dr. Mims Intervention Skill Finder™ is a proprietary educational resource. Access to this website or purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the user.

Permitted Educational Use

Individual educators may use materials they lawfully access or purchase for their own personal professional and instructional use, subject to any additional license terms accompanying a specific product. Unless a product specifically includes a school, team, or district license, an individual purchase is intended for use by the individual purchaser.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Dr. Mims, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the website or Skill Finder.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or commercially distribute purchased resources.
• Share paid-access materials, downloads, login credentials, or protected links with unauthorized users.
• Scrape, crawl, systematically download, or use automated technology to extract content from the website.
• Reverse engineer or systematically reproduce the structure, sequencing, pathways, decision rules, or operation of the Dr. Mims Intervention Skill Finder™.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
• Present Dr. Mims materials as your own work.
• Upload or incorporate protected Dr. Mims content into another commercial product, curriculum, database, software application, AI system, or competing instructional tool without permission.
• Use protected content to develop or market a substantially copied commercial substitute for Dr. Mims resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Purchases and Digital Products

Purchasing a Dr. Mims digital product provides a limited license to use the product according to the license accompanying that resource. A purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership of the Dr. Mims Intervention Skill Finder™, or ownership of Dr. Mims instructional systems or proprietary content.

Because digital products may be delivered immediately, refund policies may differ from those applicable to physical products. Any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be provided at the point of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Educational Disclaimer

Dr. Mims resources are intended to support professional educational decision-making. Teachers, schools, and other educational professionals remain responsible for determining the appropriateness of instructional decisions for individual students. The Skill Finder is an instructional support resource and is not a diagnostic, psychological, medical, or special-education eligibility determination tool.

No Guarantee of Results

While Dr. Mims resources are designed to support effective mathematics intervention and instruction, no particular student achievement, assessment result, academic outcome, or professional result is guaranteed.

Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe content belonging to Dr. Mims has been copied, reproduced, redistributed, or sold without authorization, contact drmimsteach@gmail.com.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without limiting any rights that applicable law provides to consumers.
